The chalk holder has a triangular shape which supports easy handling for all types and sizes of palms and fingers. The flexible front parts are designed to be held intuitively by the user. A harder grip simply fixes the chalk in the holder. We found this a perfect solution for cases when the chalk is not perfectly regular in shape and size.

Searching for the best ergonomic shape, we chose a triangular profile grip as the most. We also designed a moving mechanism hidden inside the holder. And finally, there’s a trio of flexible leaves at the end, which is not only helpful, but potentially funny for kids to use it. The process evolution included everything from the first sketch to the design of the final product and the packet.
