ECO car by NOVAGUE is a conceptual project of an environmentally-friendly car. Its design resumes an old Czech tradition of Laurin & Klement, a pre-war car manufacturer. With respect to this pioneering brand, the retro design of Eco Car emerges out of the elements of the pre-war cars. The technology and system logic are modern and innovative. Individual parts such as the narrow wheels, the tube car frame, the generally light-weight construction, the half-hood body, the carbon components and the electric motors located in wheels are designed with an idea to create the most ecological automobile possible. The batteries are placed in the front part of the car under the tilting front lid. The lid at the same time works as the door. The batteries are easy to change full-charge range is 500 km. The lattice truss frame from chromium-molybdenum steel in the front part of the car is fixed to the carbon frame with inside honeycomb upfront inspired by an F1 technology. Another advantage is an electronic 4x4 with a stabilization system that eliminates the weight of the mechanical connections. It has a double-wishbone front axel, a push rod suspension, and the uni-ball bearings and impact dampers can change the ground clearance according to the terrain. Eco Car together with the Move Your Energy rocking chair were shown on the Transclimatic 09 — an exhibition held as a part of the international design festival Sydney Design 09.
