The design of the children's toothbrush follows the X model for adults. The body of the XD brush is smaller and generally more rounded for children to have a better grip. The toothbrush still has its wedged surfaces, which are based on the correct holding ergonomics. The design also includes cheerful graphic motifs of the packaging, which change over time and form different editions. One of the motifs in the graphics is also the R200 toy car by Novague.
